Wing Tsun is trained in groups. Within the group, every student is individually encouraged. The unique and multifaceted concept of self-defense can be learned by focused practice and by the willingness to let the body respond. Wing Tsun systematically heightens the cognitive abilities, as well as physical and mental flexibility. Specific concentration and relaxation techniques as well as breathing exercises are learned.
